Many dogs are turned down for adoption after testing positive for heartworms. This program, working with a local vet offering discount rates, pays for the treatment of infected dogs so they can be adopted clean. It is an important program which opens doors for adoptions.

Sunshine is a trained Jack Russell service dog assisting his owner up & down stairs or ramps. He is also trained to get help in case of emergency. They live life to the fullest, educating through one adventure after another!
